 Samples

  Samples can be ordered from the Samples page. If you live local, arrangements can be made for you to visit us, or for us to come to
  your home to show you the range. If you have a design in mind, then please discuss this with us, as a bespoke design is possible. A
  quotation can then be given. See our Bespoke Design page of special designs already commissioned.

  Quotations are valid for a period of 6 months.
 

 How to Order

  To discuss and confirm your requirements, please contact Sue at 020 8597 2999. Alternatively you can email the name of the
  design, colours and quantity you require to info@cherishedbyyou.co.uk. Following this a detailed quotation of your order will be
  sent to you.

  Each invitation, order of service or place card can be made from a choice of card colours. All our designs can be adapted to suit
  most colour schemes. Click Here to download an example sheet of some of the available fonts and general card sizes.

  To save you the time and effort of writing names and addresses on your envelopes, we can supply this service for you. See the
  Options page for details.

  It is strongly advised that all items are ordered at the beginning for the following reasons:
          Certain items and materials may be altered or discontinued by the supplier;
          Certain handmade papers and cards are dyed in batches, and each batch can vary significantly.

  There is NO minimum order value, however, remember to order sufficient invitations for extra guests or the odd mistake when
  writing them out. We may be able to offer a discount when ordering high quantities of individual invitations. Always ask for a
  quotation.

  Following receipt of your order, proofs will be sent for your confirmation. The order will not proceed until signed proofs are
  returned. The client is responsible for carefully checking each item for errors and inaccuracies. Any alterations after signed
  proofs have been received, may incur additional charges. For Order of Service cards, we realise that the insert information may
  not be sorted out at this time, so only the card proof will be agreed at this stage. Orders can take approximately 6 weeks to
  complete after proofs have been received back - although size of the order and current demand may affect this, therefore please
  bear these timescales in mind when placing an order. An estimated completion date will be confirmed to you on receipt of your
  order - every effort will be made to fit in with your timescale. 'Cherished By You' reserve the right to decline an order if previous
  order commitments do not allow.

  Any orders placed to 'Cherished By You', are on the understanding that these terms and conditions have been read, understood and
  accepted. To place an order, please download our Wedding Stationery Order Form, complete and post back to us with your deposit.

  Designs

  ©The copyright of all designs remain the property of 'Cherished By You', and may not be copied, in full or in part, under any
  circumstance.

  You are responsible for obtaining permission for printed reproduction of any material, poems, hymns, songs etc, that are requested.
  You therefore indemnify 'Cherished By You' against any action brought against it for breach of a third parties copyright.

  All items are individually crafted by hand, therefore not every item will be identical, and there may be a slight variation. All
  products are subject to the availability of materials - sizes. colour and embellishments can be changed at any time - slight colour
  and shade variations of card, print and embellishments may occur.

 

  Payment

  Once proofs have been agreed, and you decide to proceed with the order, a deposit of 50% is required. The balance of the order
  is required just prior to dispatch of the items. If your order has split delivery dates, then the balance for each part will be
  required before dispatch.

  Payment can be made in Pounds Sterling, by postal order or cheque, made payable to 'Sue Hollick'. Receipts will be sent for all
  payments made. An electronic invoice can be sent to enable you to pay online with your credit cards using Google Checkout.
  Samples can also be paid for online using Google Checkout. Your details will be kept secure using the Google Checkout process. We
  will receive email notification of your payment.

  Prices are subject to increase without prior notification, although this does not apply to current orders and written quotations.

  Delivery

  Postage costs vary with each order, and this cost will be added to your quotation. The main wedding stationery items will be sent
  via a main courier service, Parcelforce or Royal Mail Special Delivery - next day delivery (by 12 noon), and includes compensation.
  All items will be  packed carefully. Local deliveries will be made in person. Samples are sent by Royal Mail standard 1st class post.

  Any damages which have occurred during delivery, must be reported immediately, and within 48 hours of receipt. You must keep all
  packaging as that may be required in the event of a claim.

 

  Cancellations

  Any monies paid, are non-refundable, should an order be cancelled.
 

  Errors & Returns

  In the unlikely event that an error has occurred, please notify us as soon as possible, and within 7 days of receipt of your order, so
  that it can be corrected with immediate effect. Any errors made by me will be rectified free of charge. However the cost of any
  errors on your behalf must be borne by you. Therefore, please make sure you check your requirements and the proofs very
  carefully.

  There are no refunds offered on surplus invitations, order of services, place cards, Thank You cards, RSVP cards, Save the Date
  cards and favours.

  Complaints

  Hopefully this would not be necessary, however, if for any reason you have a complaint, please contact me at the earliest
  opportunity, so every effort can be taken to resolve the issue.

 

  Data Protection

  Any personal information given will be held in the strictest confidence and will not be passed onto any third party for any reason,
  without your prior written consent. See also our Privacy section.
